Tungsten carbide matrix extrusion tool

Tungsten carbide matrix extrusion tool is ​​used in the cable manufacture for the application of adding insulating material on the metal wires(copper wires, aluminum wires and so on) 
It was matching with a tungsten carbide mandrel as a set, using together.
 

We use tungsten carbide for the production of precision tool extrusion heads (mandrel, die, divider), as well as steel with carbide inserts carbide.

To ensure the effective work of the mandrel, the matrix requires:
1)Roughness Ra0.8: to ensure the cleanliness and smoothness of working surfaces;
2)Concentricity 0.02mm.  
3)Material tungsten carbide,with hardness HRA 90, ensure high wear-resistant. Also keep good material performance even working in 400 degree temperature.
